Shipping Policy
In-stock orders usually ship within 2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Custom embroidery orders usually ship within 7 - 10 business days, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Lilburn, GA. You will be notified during the checkout process of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders will usually be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the items in the order. We ship to the 50 United States, U.S. territories, and military APO and FPO addresses but do not ship internationally at this time
Backorder Policy
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, your backorder will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. You will be able to see expected receipt dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.
